Today, I want to express gratitude for mushrooms!
I saw my first mushroom fairy ring on a walk this week! This sketch doesn't do it justice, but the name "fairy ring" truly expresses the magical nature of how important fungi is to the systems of the Earth. Among other things, it gives the soil structure and aids in decomposition.
